Packing Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Packing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are packed securely and accurately according to company standards. The Packing Associate will work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

1. Pack items according to specifications, ensuring that they are secure and protected during transit.
2. Inspect products for any defects or damage before packing.
3. Label packages with appropriate shipping information, including addresses and tracking numbers.
4. Organize packed items for efficient storage and shipment.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including packing materials and supplies.
6. Communicate any issues or concerns regarding packing materials or processes to the supervisor.
7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Meet daily production targets while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations preferred but not required.
3. Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as stand for extended periods.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
